For example, someone with a neutral aura might listen empathetically to a friend’s concerns, offer support, and still honor their own limits by saying, “I’m here for you, but I need some time to recharge.” (pause) Cultivating a neutral aura often involves ongoing self-care, regular reflection, and the conscious practice of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. Techniques such as breathwork, energy clearing, and affirmations can help reinforce this balanced state, supporting both personal growth and harmonious relationships.
